About her
My friends would describe me as kind, compassionate, supportive and generous, with a positive outlook on life.
I enjoy good food, great company, plenty of laughter and a sense of adventure. I'm always open to trying new things (within reason!), being authentic, and communicating openly and honestly. Integrity is important to me, so dishonesty and mind games are definite no no's.
I like to keep reasonably fit, so it would be great to meet someone who enjoys looking after themselves too. I love good food, although I'm much better at eating it than cooking it, so if you're handy in the kitchen, you'll certainly earn a few brownie points.
When it comes to relaxing, you'll usually find me with a book rather than in front of the TV. I enjoy fiction, sci-fi and fantasy as a way to switch off and escape reality for a while. I also practise yoga and do body combat classes to keep up with my body builder appetite ;-)
I'd describe myself as a positive person with a can-do attitude. I believe most challenges can be overcome with the right mindset and the right people around you. I'm not perfect though, and definitely not a robot.

I'm looking for someone whose values align with mine. Someone who is open, honest, fun-loving and easy-going, and who is comfortable having meaningful conversations when something is bothering them rather than avoiding difficult topics.
Having our own interests and independence is important, but so is spending quality time together and creating shared experiences. I enjoy trying new restaurants, visiting exhibitions, going to the theatre, travelling, stand-up comedy, and the occasional night out dancing.
The one thing I struggle with is unresolved baggage. Life gives us all experiences to learn from, but I value self-awareness, emotional availability and a willingness to move forward.
