I would like to think I'm light-hearted, have a GSOH which can be whitty and possibly a little quirky. I try to be kind and considerate to others. I'm a sharing sort of a person and want to get as much enjoyment out of life as possible.
I'm honest, reliable, faithful, trustworthy and comfortable in my own skin. I can't abide liars. I'm most definitely a "what you see is what you get" type of person and I wear my heart on my sleeve.
I have an affinity with being next to water, be it the coast, river, lake or canal & love to walk near or next to them. I had a speed boat & avidly waterskied. These days it's kakaking.
I love history & am a member of NT, CADW, & English Heritage.
My background was the photographic industry specialising in Sales and Marketing & had two companies of my own. I did work in Cyprus for a time in an unconnected industry & loved the island. I have also had AirB&B's and met a lot of interesting people & enjoyed showcasing the Wye Valley..
I'm interested in property & DIY and have undertaken renovations and may well have one more left in me!
I love living in the country & am passionate about the outdoors. Walking is a passion and I do my best to stay fit & active. Old age will be fought off at all costs & I don't surrender easily!
I like dogs, horses & cats, but don't have any pets of my own. I do occasionally dog sit for friends.
I have a European caravan which I use to the maximum & this dovetails with my liking for the outdoors. I would love to share this with a like minded person.
Like everybody on this site the saltcellar of life is running low. I'm not here to play games or mess people about. Should there be a potential "WE" but distance is a problem, I could dispatch Erica The Eriba to a campsite somewhere near to that person so we could see if there was any future in a relationship.
